Namibia Fly-in Safaris

The Northern Namibia Fly-in Safari is an 8-day fly-in safari explring the northern regions of Namibia.

We explore the Etosha National Park before flying to the Kunene region, bordering Angola, where stay at Okahirongo River Camp. Activities include Himba Village visits where they have maintained their traditions and pastoral mode of life, despite the influence of the modern world.

From the Kunene River we fly south to the Purros area in Kaokoland where we stay at Okahirongo Elephant Lodge. During your stay here, you can explore a true untouched wilderness area. The activities offered by the lodge include desert adapted elephants tracking, twice daily game and scenic drives in open 4x4 vehicles, night drives, morning desert walk and visits to a local Himba village.

We head further south into Damaraland where we stay at Mowani Mountain Camp. The camp is set in the Twyfelfontein Conservancy between the Ugab and Huab Rivers.

Before heading back to Windhoek we stop over in Swakopmund for lunch and some time at leisure.

A 5-night extension to the Sossusvlei and NamibRand areas are available at an extra cost.

As with most fly-in-safaris, the Northern Namibia Fly-in Safari runs scheduled flights - however, tailor-made and private fly-in safaris are available on request.
